Desi Capaz resides in Napa, California and has been in real estate since 2010. He is the owner of Unlock Napa Valley Real Estate Services that is brokered by eXp Realty of California Inc.

He has been involved in various positions with the North Bay Association of Realtors as well as other community and industry positions. In 2018, Desi was the Chair of the North Bay Association of Realtors Napa Chapter. He was on the board of directors for the North Bay Association of Realtors that oversees all the city chapters within the association. He also was on the Local Government Relations Committee for Napa County. One of his goals is to continue studying how blockchain is revolutionizing the real estate industry. He was chosen as an Ambassador of the Crypto Real Estate Alliance, a group of agents that promote blockchain in real estate and became a Crypto Certified Agent. Desi was also involved with Mentis, a nonprofit organization in Napa that helps with mental illness in the community. And in his free time, coaching youth sports and spending time with his family takes priority. He is a laser-focused agent helping clients achieve homeownership through innovative ways and teaching agents about the future of real estate.
